About Hope

Welcome to Circle of Hope

Dear Family,

Thank you for considering me to be a part of such a beautiful and important time in your family’s life.

My name is Hope Pierce, and as a doula and Newborn Care Specialist, my goal is to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and nurturing support throughout your birth and postpartum journey.

I believe every mother deserves to feel safe, seen, heard, supported, and never alone.

Whether I am helping you prepare for your baby, supporting your transition home, caring for your newborn, or simply giving you the reassurance that you are doing better than you think, I want my presence to bring a sense of calm and confidence to your experience.

My care extends to the entire family. Partners are an important part of this journey as well, and I want them to feel included, informed, wanted, needed, and confident in supporting both mother and baby.

Nurturing Support for Every Step of Your Journey

Circle of Hope currently specializes in postpartum and newborn care, providing families with compassionate, hands-on support as they recover, adjust, learn their baby, and find confidence in their new rhythm.

Our Philosophy

More Than Care. A Circle of Support.

My philosophy is simple: when we care for a mother, we are also caring for her baby and her family.

My support doesn’t end with birth.

Whether I’m beside you during labor, helping you settle into those first precious days with your newborn, giving you an opportunity to rest, answering the questions that seem to appear at 2:00 in the morning, or helping your partner feel more confident and involved, my goal remains the same:

For you to feel supported enough to breathe, rest, heal, learn, and grow into this new chapter with confidence.

Partners are part of that circle, too.

I want them to feel included, informed, wanted, needed, and empowered to participate in caring for both mother and baby.

Because welcoming a baby isn’t simply the birth of a child.

It’s the beginning of a new family.

Meet Hope

I am a trained birth doula, postpartum support specialist, and Newborn Care Specialist, with my current practice focused primarily on postpartum and newborn care.

There is professional training behind the care I provide, but there is also something that cannot be taught in a classroom:

The ability to truly care for another person.
My work with mothers, babies, and families has reinforced something I have always believed—that people remember how you made them feel.

It is an act of love.
And it is a privilege every time a family invites me into one of the most intimate and meaningful chapters of their lives.

Kind Words From Families —

Renee F

“A Truly Amazing Nurse – Hope”

I am so grateful to have had Hope as my nurse during the birth of my baby. She was absolutely amazing from the moment she started caring for me. She was so kind, patient, soothing, and genuinely compassionate, which made such a big difference during such an emotional and overwhelming time.

Lulieta N

“More Than a Doula, She Became Family”

It is almost impossible for me to put into words what Hope means to me and my family because calling her a nurse, a doula, or even a friend somehow feels too small. Hope has a huge piece of my heart and always will.

Claudia F.

“A Lifesaver for Our Family”

I met Hope at White Plains Hospital, where she was one of the nurse techs caring for me and my baby after my C-section. She mentioned that she also worked as a baby nurse, and I tucked her card away. I'm so glad I did.

“She Gave Me Hope When I Needed It Most”

Hope was truly the light in what was otherwise an incredibly difficult and traumatic birth experience for me.

After a grueling 20 hours of labor, I was physically and emotionally exhausted. My experience in the labor room had left me feeling scared, unheard, and defeated.

Helene T.

“Her Presence Made All the Difference”

I would like to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care I received from my nurse during my five weeks in the hospital on bed rest while waiting to give birth.

“She Always Goes Above and Beyond”

Hi Hope! Thank you so much!!!

It’s been such a pleasure working with you too and I’ll miss you! Tomorrow is actually the last day...I’m emotional!

“A Wonderful Experience for Mom & Baby”

I had a great experience with Ms. Hope she is very knowledgeable and professional, and working with her felt like I was with family! I would recommend her to anyone who’s having a baby.
